We are pleased to announce Dr. Ross Black, MD, as our organization’s new Medical Director. Dr. Black will succeed Dr. Rachel Hart who continues to be a vital part of OPEN M since 2017.

“I enjoy being able to help others to treat as well as prevent matters of health. I have been privileged to be a part of the lives of many people and families. I am hopeful to continue that through OPEN M which has aided many in our community for many years,” said Dr. Black.

Dr. Black is not a stranger to OPEN M. In fact, he has served as a volunteer when OPEN M began holding evening clinics and returned upon his retirement to offer his energy and desire to aid those in need. Prior to his retirement, Black was a local Family Physician in many teaching, administrative and patient care settings. He practiced in this area for 35 years with office work and teaching at Summa, AGMC and NEOMED where he currently holds the position of Clinical Professor.

“The OPEN M Medical Clinic is very excited to have Dr. Ross Black as our new Medical Director. He comes to us with almost 50 years of experience in the medical field and we know that his knowledge and expertise will do nothing but improve the care that we provide for our patients,” said Angel Seese, Health Services Manager.
